  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 zucchini, cut into thin slices
  • 250g can of ricotta
  • 2 large eggs

  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan (or vegetarian alternative)
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 320g package of ready-rolled puff pastry
  • flour, for dusting
