Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 750 g baby potatoes, larger ones cut in half
  • 4 turkey breast steaks
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp capers
  • 250 ml gluten-free chicken stock
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • small packet of dill, coarsely chopped
  • green salad for serving

Preparation steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6.
  2. Mix the potatoes with 2 tablespoons of oil, season and roast for 40-45 minutes.
  3. Heat the remaining oil in a large frying pan.
  4. Season the turkey steaks and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through, then remove and set aside.
  5. Add the garlic, capers, stock and lemon juice to the pan and let it bubble for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Return the turkey to the pan to heat through.
  7. Stir in dill and lemon zest.
  8. Serve with potatoes and salad.
