- 3 tbsp oil
- 750 g baby potatoes, larger ones cut in half
- 4 turkey breast steaks
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp capers
- 250 ml gluten-free chicken stock
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- small packet of dill, coarsely chopped
- green salad for serving

- Mix the potatoes with 2 tablespoons of oil, season and roast for 40-45 minutes.
- Heat the remaining oil in a large frying pan.
