  • 85g breadcrumbs
  • 75 ml milk
  • 350g minced turkey meat
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • small bunch of flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 680 g bottle of onion and garlic passata
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 500g bag of pasta shapes

Preparation steps

  1. Place the crumbs in a large bowl, then stir in the milk until the crumbs have absorbed the liquid.
  2. Add the minced meat, 1 teaspoon of oregano and half of the parsley, season and mix with a fork.
  3. Form 30 meatballs with wet hands.
  4. Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan, then fry the meatballs for 5 minutes, turning until cooked through.
  5. Add the passata, sugar, remaining oregano and most of the remaining parsley.
  6. Stir well and then simmer for 8-10 minutes until the meatballs are just cooked through.
  7. In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  8. Season the sauce, add the meatballs and the sauce over the pasta.
  9. Scatter the remaining parsley over it.
