- 300g caramel (I used cloves)
- 3 tbsp flour
- Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6.
- Line a square, shallow baking tin with a diameter of 21 or 22 cm with baking paper.
- Put the flour, ground rice and sugar in a bowl with the butter and stir until fine crumbs form.
- Stir in the milk with a cutlery knife.
- Pour the mixture into the mold and press down evenly.
- Bake until golden brown, 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the tin from the oven and reduce the temperature to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4.

- Spread the mixture evenly over the floor.
