  • 2 x 400 ml cans of light coconut milk
  • 850 ml chicken stock (use fresh stock if possible)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 4 small heads of pak choy, halved or quartered through the stem
  • 300g pack of raw, peeled king prawns
  • 300g cooked rice noodles
  • 1 red chili, sliced ​​(deseeded if you don’t like it too spicy)
  • 4 tablespoons coarsely chopped, dry roasted peanuts

Preparation steps
