  • 1 lime, juice only
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp fish sauce

  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the flavors develop.

  6. Remove and discard lemongrass.
  7. Carefully pour the mixture into a blender.
  8. Puree until a smooth mixture is formed.
  9. If it freezes, freeze it at this point. Otherwise, freeze the entire recipe.
  10. Return the mixture to the pot.
  11. Add the chicken and cook gently for 5-10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  12. Mix together lime juice, sugar and fish sauce.
  13. Sprinkle with the coriander leaves.
  14. Surcharge.
