- 23 cm thin pizza base
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 clove of garlic
- a handful of pitted black olives
- large handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling
- 1 tbsp capers, drained
- 200g canned tuna in brine, drained and cut into flakes
- a handful of basil leaves

Preparation steps
- Preheat the oven to 230°C/fan 210°C/gas 8.
- Spread the pizza base with tomato puree.
- Scatter garlic, olives, tomatoes and half the oil on top.
- Bake for 10 minutes until the tomatoes take on color and the bottom is crispy.
- Remove from oven.
- Scatter capers, tuna and basil on top.
- Drizzle with oil.
