  • 2 oranges
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 200g bag of radishes, cut into thin slices
  • 200g smoked salmon
  • 75g bag of watercress
  • Brown bread for serving

Preparation steps

  1. Segment the oranges over a salad bowl and drop the segments and juice into the bowl.
  2. Stir in vinegar, onions and radishes.
  3. Add some spice.
  4. Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes.
  5. Divide the smoked salmon between 4 plates.
  6. Stir the watercress through the radish mixture.
  7. Place a handful of the radish mixture on top of the salmon on each plate.
  8. Make sure there is a little bit of everything on every plate.
  9. Serve with any juice from the bowl.
  10. Optionally serve with some brown bread.
