Preparation steps

Place in a bowl, cover with cling film and refrigerate until needed. The dip will keep for two days in the fridge – just bring it to room temperature before serving.
  3. Cook the chorizo ​​in a small skillet until cooked through, 10 minutes. Drain on kitchen paper.
  4. Sprinkle additional cilantro or parsley over the dip and serve with the chorizo ​​and chicory leaves for dipping.
