  • 1 cooked skinless chicken breast
  • 3 spring onions
  • ½ red pepper, stem and seeds removed
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil and/or 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  • 150g egg noodles
  • a handful of coriander (optional)
