Ingredients

  • 175 ml olive oil, plus some for greasing
  • 100g light brown muscovado sugar

  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 200g mixed dried fruits
  • 200g apricot jam
