Summer sausage rolls

  3. Pulse for 5 seconds to mix.
  4. Season well.
  5. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and cut in half lengthwise.
  6. Spread half of the chicken mixture in the center of one of the strips of dough.
  7. Roll up the dough and pinch the ends together to seal.
  8. Using a sharp knife, cut into 2.5cm long pieces.
  9. Repeat with the remaining strip of dough.
  10. Can be frozen uncooked for up to 1 month.
  11. Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6.
  12. Place the rolls on a large baking sheet.
  13. Brush with the egg and sprinkle with the seeds.
  14. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
