Ingredients

  • 3 red Romano peppers, halved and deseeded
  • 160g pack of semi-dried tomatoes and mozzarella balls in olive oil
  • 140g couscous
  • 2 tbsp pesto
  • 5 tbsp dried breadcrumbs
