  • 1 heaped tablespoon of cornstarch
  • 450g strawberries, peeled and halved if large
  • 450 g rhubarb, cut into rough pieces
  • Vanilla ice cream for serving (optional)

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C fan/gas 5.
  2. For the streusel, mix the flour, ground almonds and sugar in a bowl.
