  • a handful of watercress
  • 50g Stilton
  • add a splash of balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps

  7. Halve the steak.
  8. Place the steak on top of the watercress.
  9. Sprinkle Stilton over the steak.
  10. Drizzle with a dash of balsamic vinegar.
  11. If necessary, add any remaining steak juices over the top.
