Haddock also contains omega-3 fatty acids, which are beneficial for heart health and reduce inflammation. In addition, it provides essential minerals such as iron, zinc and magnesium, which contribute to overall well-being.
Leek
Leeks, a member of the onion family, give St. David’s risotto a mild and slightly sweet flavor. This vegetable is rich in vitamins A, C and K as well as folic acid and manganese. Vitamin A promotes healthy vision and immune function, while vitamin C acts as an antioxidant and supports collagen production for healthy skin.
