  • 1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
  • small bunch of parsley, leaves only
  • 1 celery stick, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 400 g chopped canned tomatoes
  • 1-2 red chili peppers, deseeded and finely chopped (or use dried chili flakes)
  • 300g spaghetti
