Ingredients

  • 410g canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 200g cup of Greek yogurt
  • 225g pack of leftover smoked salmon
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 flatbreads
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt flakes
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 2 bunches of radishes

Preparation steps

  2. Add the salmon and legumes so that the salmon remains fairly chunky.
  3. Place in a bowl and stir in dill, lemon juice and spices.
  4. This can be done up to a day in advance.

  6. Divide the pittas between 2 baking sheets.
  7. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with sea salt and dill.
  8. Bake for 7 minutes until crispy.
  9. These can be made a day in advance or just before serving.
  10. Once the pittas have cooled, pack them and the dip into separate sturdy containers.
  11. Transport the radishes wrapped in ice to keep them crisp.
  12. Place the bowl with the dip on a platter and surround it with the pitta.
  13. Serve the frozen radishes separately.
