Ingredients

  • 325g can of sweetcorn
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tbsp mild curry powder
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 x 50 packets of coconut cream, chopped
  • 4 frozen smoked haddock fillets
  • cooked rice for serving
