Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ¼ teaspoon each mustard seeds and turmeric
- 1 teaspoon each of cumin, paprika, ground coriander and ground cumin
- 225g paneer cheese, cut into 2cm cubes
- 100g frozen peas, thawed
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 Romano peppers
Preparation steps
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds, turmeric and cumin to the pan.
- Cook until the mustard seeds begin to pop.
- Add paprika, ground coriander, ground cumin and ½ teaspoon black pepper to the pan.
- Add the paneer to the pan and fry until it turns a light golden color, about 3-4 minutes.

- Remove the pan from the heat.
