Ingredients

  • 500g mixed mushrooms, halved
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped rosemary leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • small handful of parsley, chopped
