  • 300g fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 2 oranges
  • 6 tbsp Cointreau or Grand Marnier
  • 75g powdered sugar
  • 568 ml box of double cream
  • Soft Amaretti Cookies for serving (we used Corsini Amaretti Morbidi)
