  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 300g bag of small broccoli florets
  • half a 250g pack of thick egg noodles
  • 450 g lean pork in the pan
  • 100 g shiitake mushrooms or chestnut mushrooms
  • 180g jar of Cantonese sweet and spicy pan sauce
  • 300g bag of bean sprouts
  • a handful of roasted, salted cashews

Preparation steps

  1. To make the pasta, bring a pot of water to the boil over high heat.
  2. Cut the onions into coarse pieces.
