  • 50g light soft brown sugar

  • 100 g soft butter
  • 100g golden powdered sugar
  • 100g self-raising flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs

Preparation steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas 4.
  2. For the topping, mix butter and sugar until creamy.
