  • 4 tomatoes (350 g/12 oz), skinned, seeded and finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp green pesto
  • About 260 g artichoke hearts or young artichokes from the jar, halved if not already done
  • 50g ham
  • 150 g packet of mozzarella, drained and cut into thin slices
  • 25g freshly grated Parmesan (or vegetarian alternative)
  • 2 tablespoons oil from the artichoke jar
