  • 375g pack of puff pastry sheets
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 175g marzipan, chopped
  • 3 peaches, halved, pitted and thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp flaked almonds
  • Crème fraîche, for serving


Use up the remaining marzipan
Almond sundae for 6 people. Crumble 250 g of marzipan into 1 liter of soft, good quality vanilla ice cream. Return to tub and then freeze for at least 1 hour. Fill the bottom of 6 ice cream cups with your favorite fruit, top with a scoop of ice cream, some whipped cream and 1 tablespoon of sliced ​​almonds.

Preparation steps

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas 7.
