  • 1 butternut squash, about 700 g
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 175g penne or rigatoni
  • 3 heaped tablespoons of crème fraîche, full or half fat

  10. Add the noodles and mix well.
  11. Serve with a sprinkle of freshly grated Parmesan.
