  • 30g butter
  • 80g smoked ham, diced
  • 80g Gruyère, grated
  • small handful of chives, chopped

Preparation steps

  4. Place the dough in a large pitcher.

  6. Pour a quarter of the batter into the pan, tilting it to cover the entire bottom.
  7. Cook the pancake for 1 minute.
  8. Flip the pancake over and cook for another 30 seconds.
  9. Place 1/4 of the butter on one half of the pancake.
  10. Sprinkle 1/4 of the ham and cheese on top.
  11. Grind some black pepper over the fillings.
  12. Fold the pancake over the fillings.
  13. Fold the pancake in half again.
  14. Transfer the pancake to a plate to serve.
  15. Repeat the process until you have four pancakes.
  16. Serve the pancakes sprinkled with chives.
