Preparation steps
- Preheat the oven to 150°C/130°C fan/gas 2.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.

- Roll each lump into a ball and then press it onto the baking paper with the palm of your hand.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Let cool on the tray.
- The cookies will last up to 3 days in an airtight container.
