- 200g basmati rice
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 large onion, peeled and chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced

- 1½ tsp medium curry powder
- 50g frozen peas
- 50g frozen sweetcorn

- Preheat the oven to 180°C/fan 160°C/gas mark 4.
