The Health Benefits of Multi Mince

When it comes to versatile and nutritious dishes, Multi Mince is clearly at the top. Packed with a variety of healthy ingredients, this recipe offers a range of health benefits that can contribute to your overall well-being. Let’s explore some of the key reasons why including Multi Mince in your diet can be a smart choice.

Lean minced meat

The basis of this dish is 1 kg of lean ground beef. Lean beef is an excellent source of high-quality protein, essential for muscle repair and building. Protein also helps maintain healthy skin, hair and nails. In addition, lean beef is rich in vitamins and minerals such as vitamin B12, iron, zinc and selenium, which support various body functions.

olive oil

Using 2 tablespoons of olive oil not only provides a delicious taste but also brings numerous health benefits. Olive oil is known for its heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, which may help lower bad cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. In addition, it contains antioxidants that have anti-inflammatory properties and can protect against chronic diseases.

Baked bacon slices

The addition of 2 chopped bacon slices gives the dish a savory touch. Although it’s important to consume bacon in moderation due to its high sodium and fat content, it can still be enjoyed as part of a balanced diet. Bacon provides a good amount of B vitamins, including vitamin B3 and vitamin B12, as well as zinc and selenium.

Onions and garlic

The recipe calls for two finely chopped onions and two finely chopped garlic cloves, both of which offer powerful health benefits. Onions are full of antioxidants that can help reduce inflammation and lower the risk of certain chronic diseases such as heart disease and certain cancers. Garlic, on the other hand, contains compounds with potential antimicrobial and immune-boosting properties.

red wine

Adding 150ml of red wine not only adds depth of flavor but also brings with it some potential health benefits. Red wine is a source of antioxidants, particularly resveratrol, which is linked to heart health and may have a protective effect against inflammation and oxidative stress.

thyme

The dish is refined by adding the leaves of 3 thyme sprigs. Thyme is an herb rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. It is traditionally used to relieve symptoms of respiratory diseases and promote digestive health. Thyme is also believed to have antibacterial properties that can support a healthy immune system.

In total

By combining lean ground beef, olive oil, bacon strips, onions, garlic, red wine and thyme, Multi Mince offers a well-rounded meal that not only tantalizes your taste buds but also offers various health benefits. From protein-rich lean beef to antioxidant-rich ingredients like onions, garlic, and thyme, this recipe can be a flavorful and nutritious addition to your diet.
