  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 100g golden powdered sugar
  • 300 ml whole milk
  • 250g can of mascarpone
  • Seeds ½ vanilla bean
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 3 tbsp Seville orange jam

  13. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, freeze the custard in a container for 4 hours, stirring the crystals every hour until thick and smooth.
  14. Stir in the jam and then freeze until solid.
