Vitamin C is known for its antioxidant properties, which can help protect against oxidative stress and strengthen the immune system. Incorporating lemon syllabub into your diet can be an excellent way to increase your vitamin C intake.

2. Source of healthy fats

The whipped cream used in this recipe provides a source of healthy fats. Although it is important to consume fats in moderation, including them in the diet can be beneficial for various body functions. Healthy fats help with nutrient absorption, hormone production and maintaining heart health.

3. Antioxidant Benefits

Both lemons and white wine used in the lemon curriculum contain antioxidants. These antioxidants can help neutralize harmful free radicals in the body, reducing the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease and certain cancers. Including antioxidant-rich foods like lemon syllabub in your diet can support a healthy lifestyle.
