- 3 leeks, cleaned, washed and roughly sliced
- large piece of butter
- ½ small savoy cabbage, chopped

- 4 tbsp crème fraîche

- 1 small Camembert or other soft cheese with the peel, cut into slices with the peel on
- 1 tbsp thyme leaf
