Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin or clear honey
  • Mix 2 teaspoons of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water to form a paste
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 300g beef steak, cut into thin slices

  • 1 red chili pepper, finely chopped
  • 3 spring onions, cut into small pieces
  • 300g pack of bean sprouts
  • 100g bag of baby spinach
  • a handful of sesame seeds, toasted
  • cooked rice for serving (optional)
