  • 500g pack of lean minced lamb
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp curry paste (we used korma)
  • small bunch of coriander, chopped
  • 150 ml cup of fat-free yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chopped mint
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 120g bag of herb salad
  • 2 Indian-style breads, for example naan bread

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas 7.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the lamb, onions, curry paste and most of the coriander. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Take 2-3 tablespoons of the lamb mixture and form skewers. Repeat process with remaining lamb mixture.
