Ingredients
- 100g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
- 200 ml milk
- 300 g caramel (we used cloves)
- 85g crunchy peanut butter
- 4 crispy cookies, crumbled into pieces (we used Fox’s Butter Crinkle Crunch Cookies)
- 50 g salted, roasted peanuts, chopped
- 6 large scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 6 large scoops of chocolate ice cream
Preparation steps
- Put the chocolate and 100 ml milk in a small saucepan
- Put the caramel, peanut butter and 100 ml milk in another pan
- Gently melt both mixtures and stir until they become juicy
- Set the melted mixtures aside to cool
- Stir the sauces well to loosen them
- Layer the two sauces, cookie pieces, peanuts and ice cream in 6 sundaes or bowls
- Eat the sundaes immediately
