- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Juice ½ lemon
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp coarsely chopped tarragon
- 1 tsp clear honey
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

- 140g hot smoked salmon
- 20g pack of flat-leaf parsley, leaves picked

Prepare the salad as before, but omit it
Substitute salmon and tarragon
Mint. Mix 2 tsp harissa with 2 tbsp
Add yogurt and 2 sliced,
Chicken breast without skin for 10 minutes.
Grill the chicken for 4-6 minutes each
Set aside and serve with the salad.
Mix oil, lemon juice, garlic, tarragon and honey in a large bowl and season.
Add red onions and lentils and let marinate for 10 minutes.
Break the salmon into large flakes.
Fold the salmon into the salad.
Add parsley and pomegranate.
