  • 3 large egg yolks

If you don’t have an ice cream maker, swap all ingredients except the honeycomb for:

Half a 397g can of condensed milk

600 ml pot of double cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

Place the ingredients in a large bowl and beat with an electric whisk until really thick. Fold the honeycomb over, transfer it to a freezer container and freeze until solid. Please note that this impacts the nutritional value.
