Ingredients

  • 100g ginger nut cookies
  • 2 Crunchie bars
  • 30g unsalted butter, melted
  • 150 ml double cream
  • 150g dark chocolate, chopped into small pieces
  • 180g cream cheese
  • 60g crystallized ginger, chopped into small pieces

Preparation steps

  2. Crush with 1 crushed Crunchie until it forms small pieces.
  3. Add butter and a pinch of salt and puree again.
  4. Pour the mixture into four cups.
