- 85g grated wheat, crushed
- 200g pistachios, chopped
- 100g honey
- Juice ½ orange
- 300 ml pot of double cream
- ½ x 250g cup of Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp rose water
- 110 g pomegranate seeds in the pot
