- 200g Bulgarian wheat
- 1 bunch of celery
- 1 dessert apple
- Juice 1 lemon
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- a handful of roasted hazelnuts, coarsely chopped

- small bunch of parsley, chopped
- small bunch of mint, chopped
- small bunch of tarragon, chopped
