Herb salad with celery and bulgur

  • 200g Bulgarian wheat
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 1 dessert apple
  • Juice 1 lemon
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • a handful of roasted hazelnuts, coarsely chopped

  • large handful of pomegranate seeds
  • small bunch of parsley, chopped
  • small bunch of mint, chopped

Preparation steps
