  • 5 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Shaohsing rice wine
  • 4 tbsp Chinese black vinegar
  • 4 tbsp chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water

Preparation steps

  1. Marinate the chicken in the soy sauce and let it rest for 1 hour.
