  • ½ small red onion, finely chopped
  • ½ garlic clove, crushed or finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp oregano leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 medium egg
  • some olive oil
  • 100g low-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ tbsp chopped dill, plus extra for serving (optional)
  • 8 small radishes, roughly chopped or sliced
  • ½ garlic clove, crushed
  • Juice ½ lemon

Preparation steps

  1. Place pork, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, lemon zest, oregano and egg in a bowl and season generously.
  2. Mix well and form into 6 patties.
