- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 125 ml maple syrup
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 300g oat flakes
- 50g sunflower seeds
- 4 tbsp sesame seeds
- 50g pumpkin seeds
- 100g almond flakes
- 100 g dried berries (can be found on the baking shelf)
- 50g coconut flakes or coconut flakes
