These antioxidants help reduce inflammation in the body, promote cardiovascular health, and protect against chronic diseases such as diabetes and cancer.

The small amount of bacon used in this recipe adds flavor but should be consumed in moderation. Bacon is a processed meat and high in saturated fats and sodium, which can increase the risk of heart disease and high blood pressure. Vegetable broth and bouillon powder

The hot vegetable broth used in this recipe adds more flavor to the dish while also being a healthier alternative to using water or oil for cooking. Vegetable broth is low in calories and fat, making it suitable for anyone who wants to control their weight. Bouillon powder, often used to prepare stock, is a concentrated seasoning that adds flavor and can be adjusted to individual preferences.

sour cream

The sour cream mentioned in the recipe gives the sauté a creamy and spicy note. Although sour cream is delicious, it is high in saturated fat and calories. It is best consumed in moderation or replaced with a healthier alternative such as Greek yogurt to reduce saturated fat intake.
