1. Coconut cream

The main ingredient in these fruity coconut creams is the coconut cream. Coconut cream is known for its rich and creamy texture that adds a luxurious touch to desserts. It is a great source of healthy fats, including medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), which are thought to have numerous health benefits. MCTs are easily digested and metabolized by the body, making them a quick source of energy. They have also been shown to improve brain function and aid weight loss.

2. Greek yogurt or cottage cheese

The recipe calls for either 0% Greek yogurt or cup quark. Both options are excellent sources of protein and calcium. Protein is essential for building and repairing tissue and maintaining a strong immune system. Calcium is crucial for healthy bones and teeth. 4. Pineapple pieces

Another fruit used in this recipe is pineapple, which provides a sweet and tangy taste. Pineapples are rich in vitamin C and manganese, both of which have antioxidant properties. They also contain an enzyme called bromelain, which has been shown to reduce inflammation, improve digestion and boost the immune system.
