  • 4 chicken thighs, skinless

  • 400g can of coconut milk
  • 400 g canned kidney beans, drained
  • 2-4 tbsp hot pepper sauce (depending on how spicy you like it)
  • small bunch of coriander, chopped
  • cooked rice for serving (we used Tilda coconut rice)
