  • 2 chicken legs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, plus 1 tsp for the sauce

  14. Remove the chicken and vegetables from the oven.
  15. Sprinkle the remaining parsley over the chicken and vegetables.
  16. Serve chicken and vegetables with the prepared sauce.
