  • 200g gluten-free flour
  • ½ salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 7 g bag of fast-acting dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 125-150ml warm water
  • 210 g tomato bruschetta topping from the jar (we used Napolina)
  • 140g mozzarella, cut into thick slices
  • ½ avocado, cut into thick slices
  • 70g pack of rocket
  • Cherry tomato, halved
  • 4 slices of Parma ham
  • 4 slices of ham
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar


Make it with mushrooms
Try using thinly sliced, open-faced mushrooms and minced garlic instead of tomatoes on top of the dough, then drizzle with olive oil.

Preparation steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/gas 7.
  2. Combine flour, salt, olive oil, yeast, rosemary and pepper in a food processor.
  3. Pulse the ingredients until well blended.
  4. With the food processor running, gradually add enough water to form a soft dough.
  5. Transfer the dough to a work surface and knead until it comes together.
  6. Halve the dough. If baking in batches, wrap one half in plastic wrap.
  7. On lightly oiled baking sheets, roll out each half of the dough into thin 25cm rounds.
  8. Make sure that there are no edges on the edge of the dough.
  9. Spread the tomato topping over each piece of dough until it almost reaches the edge.
  10. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the dough is crispy.
  12. Place each round on a plate and serve warm.
  13. Offer each guest different toppings to create their own pizza.

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, salt, olive oil, dry yeast, chopped rosemary and ground black pepper.
  2. Gradually add the warm water and mix until a dough forms. You may not need all of the water, so add it little by little.
  3. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.
  4. Cover the dough with a clean tea towel and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and place a baking sheet in the oven to heat up.
  6. Punch out the dough and divide it into two equal portions.
  7. Roll out each portion of dough on a well-floured work surface into a thin, round shape.
  8. Remove the hot baking tray from the oven and carefully place the rolled out dough onto it.
  9. Spread the bruschetta topping evenly over the dough.
  10. Arrange the mozzarella, avocado, rocket, cherry tomatoes, Parma ham and ham on the pizza.
  11. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  12. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
  13. If necessary, drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
